I have had the pleasure of working with SIRVA Relocation through my move from Mesa, AZ to Tucson, AZ with Ventana Medical Systems. Monica Jackson was the temporary housing specialist assigned to me. Monica was very helpful during the whole process and supported me before, during and after the 2-month temporary housing period.

Short Term Housing Solutions has also been very supportive during this transition. I am extremely satisfied with their services. Their friendly staff has been extraordinary and has gone above and beyond the call of duty on trying to exceed customer expectations. The accommodations in the Boulder Canyon at La Reserve here in Tucson, AZ were so comfortable, clean and efficient that I decided to extend my stay in this property after the 2-month rental period covered by Ventana Medical was up. The Short Term Housing Solutions team has been very accommodating and always willing to help. I would like to highly recommend them for your future temporary housing needs.

Good Morning Jason,

WE love this condo! Best decision I have ever made. Could not have asked for anything more so good going. It is only 27 miles to Creech AFB where he is doing his OJT. He will find out in the next few days exactly when he has to leave here but right now they are saying only 6 weeks here instead of 9 weeks like we were told originally. He might have to go to Tucson for a few weeks then deploy to Iraq in June. I hate not knowing what the future is as far as our living goes....not easy. Again, I can't say enough about this place. Just sitting here on the couch looking out at the mountains and having a KITCHEN is wonderful.

I just wanted to thank you for fixing the apartment before I moved in. The apartment looks wonderful and it was very clean. I think one of the concerns with living in apartments is that there will be signs of the previous people who lived there, but the place looked like an expensive hotel when I moved in.

At your low rates, I think it will only be a matter of time until you have a rush of travelers wanting to get this service. It is a win-win for my company since I am paying less than most hotels, yet I have the comforts of a furnished apartment.

I know that you are also working on removing the requirements on signing the lease. The form that your clients should sign should get their information, credit card number, and warn them that any damages or lost property will have to be paid by the traveler. This is similar to what happens in a hotel.

I think you can use this as another selling point for corporate apartments rather than hotel. The apartment makes it possible for others to visit you with no hassle. We stopped by the hotel that I was staying at just to show her where we could have been staying if we didn't get the corporate apartment. Very small pool, small exercise facility, small kitchenette, small refrigerator, small living space, no walk in closet, no covered parking, and just small everything..... For all of the inconvenience of the hotel, they also want to charge you more money for it. :) The apartment definitely makes it comfortable for visiting spouses. The location is also near Chandler Mall so we can get there in about 5 minutes.

I will recommend your service for the travelers in my office.

Finally got a moment to send a thank you to both of you for being so kind and helpful to me during my visit to Ridgeview. I found it a pleasure to stay at the facility. My accommodations were very comfortable, very clean, bright and well equipped. I would gladly recommend a stay at your complex to friends and family and I sure wouldn't mind living there myself, full time.

I would also like to send a friendly hello to your maintenance gentlemen who are so very polite and helpful.

I had a wonderful time during my visit with your residents and hope to send a warm hello to those I was able to spend time with at the pool.

I also hope you might be able to forward this on to your employer/upper management so I am able to inform them, how fortunate they are in having such a lovely, dedicated, pleasant, warm and helpful staff at Ridgeview.

Our temporary stay in a corporate apartment at Villa Pallavicini has been great and hassle free. The office staff were professional and helpful, the location convenient and out apartments nicely furnished with particularly terrific views of the pool and mountains from the apartment windows. The grounds, pool and exercise room were always well-maintained the parking lot has plenty of spaces for residents and guests.

The office staff was always responsive and friendly when I had questions or picked up packages. I would highly recommend Villa Pallavicini for others seeking corporate housing in Chandler, Arizona.

Everything went very smoothly. We are now moved in and the apartment looks great. I will do a more careful inspection later tonight and let you know if there are any issues (scratches, dents, stains etc) that I would like to be noted. But in general, the place is terrific.

I just wanted to send you a quick note of thanks for all your help in making our stay in Phoenix perfect.

Villa Pallaviccini is like a well equipped time share in a part of Phoenix that is great of vacationing and/or working. The property was quiet the maintenance/groundskeeping superb. Everything in the apartment was like new and worked. If we are back your way again we will certainly call you.

Yes, everything is good. Tom said everything is very, very clean and nicely decorated. He also said everything was very well thought out, down to the toothpaste & toothbrush in the bathroom deodorizer in the wall socket, and water in the refrigerator.

My husband and I have been in one of your short term housing apartments for 3 months and have been very comfortable during our stay. We've been staying at Villa Pallivicini. Everyone did a good job. The issues on the front end were Murphy ’s Law as I know everyone worked hard to not have them occur in the first place. Ron was great at stepping in to help us resolve some blips with the Internet, and his dedication to help after normal business hours made a very big impression on our client.

Your organization is a rare breed in this industry where as you truly value your relationships with other housing providers – and it shows through the seamless handling of our client. At this point, I believe our client believes Ron is an employee of our company.
