Short Term Housing Solutions was founded in 2004 by company President and industry veteran Andy Blalock on a simple premise: Provide a higher quality of accommodations than the current market, and offer it at a substantial savings. He understood firsthand from his 17 years experience in corporate housing start-ups and as a Senior District Manager with Oakwood Worldwide that there was a need for a quality corporate housing provider that could focus not only on customer service, but also the guests'/companies' bottom line. From the very beginning, Short Term Housing Solutions set a new industry standard by including many items in their residences for which others charged extra, while doing so at rates considerably under what others were offering.
Short Term Housing Solutions recently launched its condo lease back program, currently endorsed by Rich Dad, Poor Dad author Robert Kiosaki.
